- 8 slices Italian herb bread
- 4 tbsp olive oil mayo
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 8 slices vine-ripened tomato (1/4-inch thick)
- 8 fresh basil leaves, torn
- 4 slices smoked provolone
Instructions
- Spread one side of each bread slice with mayo. Press mayo side into Parmesan.
- Place bread Parmesan-side down. Add provolone, tomatoes, and basil. Top with remaining bread, Parmesan-side up.
- Grill in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and melted.
