Description
Loaded Cheese Burger Noodles are the perfect weeknight dinner. A well-balanced meal made in one pot and takes 20 minutes from beginning to end.
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
- 2 cups water
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until soft.
- Add ground meat, cooking until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Pour in water and add egg noodles. Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Stir in milk and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Toss in spinach, letting it wilt.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
