- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Soften butter until spreadable.
- Stir in herbs, garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Shape into a log, wrap, and chill.
- Use under poultry skin, in mashed potatoes, or on dinner rolls.
