Instructions
- Blend bananas, vanilla, pumpkin spice, milk, beaten eggs, melted butter, flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a food processor until well combined.
- Heat a griddle to 325 degrees or a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle or pan for individual pancakes.
- Flip when slightly dry around the edges and forming bubbles (about 2 minutes). Cook until golden brown and cooked through (2-3 minutes per side).
- Allow pancakes to cool slightly before serving with your favorite toppings.
