- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/8 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/8 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup hazelnut spread
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until fully incorporated.
- Scoop 1–1½ tbsp of mixture, press and roll into balls.
- Place on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Store in a sealed bag in the fridge or freezer.
