- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the cauliflower and pat dry. Trim the base so it sits flat but keep the head intact.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, mayonnaise, garlic, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Place the cauliflower in a baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Spread the mixture all over the cauliflower, covering it completely.
- Cover loosely with foil and roast for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue roasting for 15–20 minutes more, until golden and fork-tender.
